Welcome to Mystic Meadows!

I am a healing, wellness, and personal development consultant serving the greater Victoria area on Vancouver Island, Canada.  My offerings include holistic therapeutic healing sessions as well as wellness program research, planning, and consulting.  Please go to my Therapeutic Services and Consulting Services pages for more information.

For my individual clients I also host and/or facilitate group personal growth and self development events and activities.  In my view, healing and self awareness are two sides of the same coin.  The good news is that personal growth and self development can be FUN...yay!  Please check out the Calendar of Events page to find out what's happening at Mystic Meadows.

In both the individual sessions and group activities, I use a unique blend of tools and techniques drawn from over twenty years of study and personal development in various holistic healing disciplines drawn from many cultures across the globe.  I employ energy healing, earth medicine, shamanic healing, health and social sciences, and am certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming® (NLP) and Time-Based Therapy®.  My gifts as a Spiritual Medium have been extremely beneficial when working with clients facing their own life transitions or those of their loved ones.

I have delighted my clients over the years by providing rich, profound, and often mystical healing experiences.  They appreciate my relaxed and unpretentious nature and even seem to tolerate my sense of humor. : )
