I advocate an holistic approach to healing and wellness, encouraging my clients to take ownership for their health and healing journey, to explore alternatives available to them, and to make informed choices.
I view my clients as whole beings composed of multi-dimensional layers of mind, body, and spirit. I embrace the concept that all layers or aspects of one's self are indivisible: issues impacting any one of these aspects of the self will necessarily impact the others.
My goal as a “facilitator in healing” is to assist clients with healing the source or sources of their symptoms on the energetic, emotional, and cellular levels. I do not apply band-aids to symptoms. (They are sticky and fall off in water!) By healing issues at their source, the presenting symptoms such as physical or emotional pain, sleep disruption, or tissue degeneration often subside. Chronic pain or illness can often be alleviated. In this manner, I am able to improve their quality of life and provide lasting results.
I do not view my clients as either “broken” or “sick” nor do I refer to them as patients. Rather, I consider health issues to be challenges to overcome or journeys to take having the potential to offer insight, personal discovery, and self mastery. Curiously, sometimes these explorations into healing lead us to delightful and unexpected places, transforming our lives in wondrous ways.
I advocate a complementary approach to healing. My belief is that western medicine and complementary healing must learn to co-exist and collaborate in order to provide the optimum benefit to our clients. To dismiss the knowledge that has been gained through scientific research and study or the wisdom passed down in indigenous and eastern cultures for thousands of years would be to the detriment of all of our clients. We all have so much to share.
Each individual is unique. While we as human beings share numerous commonalities, we all have our own specific needs, goals, and challenges. There is no single formula, prescription, or description for healing success. Certainly optimal holistic health and wellbeing are guiding principles; however, the experience an individual wishes to have or the deeper work they wish to do is intensely personal. What works for one client may not work for another.
Healing is a lifetime journey of learning and growing. As we master our Selves, the potential exists to discover relief, comfort, peace, joy, and fulfillment. : )![]()
