I would be delighted to offer my skills and expertise to your organization, programs, research projects, or events. I bring to the table a broad mix of skills, knowledge, and experience developed during a 24-year career in the telecommunications industry including a four-year secondment to the Canadian national telecommunications alliance, Stentor Canadian Network Management. I have led or participated on a number of corporate, provincial, national, and international committees and working teams.

An active volunteer in my communities for almost 30 years, I have enjoyed building a network of relationships across western Canada.

My interest in health and healing began at an early age and led to my initial pursuit of a degree in psychology followed by 20+ years of training and self directed study in the fields of healing and wellness. As a budding entrepreneur, I have offered personal development programs since 2003. Enjoying the spirit of collaboration, I have established working relationships with several organizations and private consultants in the healing and wellness and personal development fields. My consulting practice was formally launched in 2010, offering individual therapy sessions and group self development activities.

My areas of concentration include leadership and empowerment, sustainable communities, food security, innovative, accessible, and compassionate health care, and environmentally sound practices with a particular interest in protecting water resources and preserving sensitive ecosystems. I am particularly interested in contributing to projects touching on any of these areas.
