**Intuitive Energy Healing**
In both the individual sessions and group activities, I use a unique blend of tools and techniques drawn from over twenty years of study and personal development in various holistic healing disciplines. I employ energy healing, earth medicine, shamanic healing, health and social sciences, and am certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming® (NLP) and Time-Based Therapy®. I facilitate the healing process for my clients by activating their own natural healing abilities. My techniques bring clients to a deep state of relaxation while gently working with their energy and corresponding cellular systems, releasing physical or emotional traumas which are preventing the client from functioning optimally. Through the treatment process, issues often surface and are worked through with the client or are simply released as is appropriate at the time. The key is to separate the emotional trauma from the event to avoid retraumatizing them. Removing energy blockages or restrictions can create space for physical or emotional healing, greater clarity of vision and self awareness. Clients are reclined into a resting position remain fully clothed during a treatment session. Those with mobility issues may remain seated in an upright position. Energy is directed throughout the body, intuitively guided where it is needed. Unlike Reflexology or other forms of energy therapies, no physical manipulation of accupressure points, joints, or body parts is undertaken. Crystals or sound may be used to enhance the healing experience. The session is gentle, respectful, and non-invasive. Clients have reported experiencing relief from physical pain, deep levels of relaxation, stress reduction, improved sleep, greater clarity, and/or a restored sense of well being. My techniques are effective at providing relief from post-traumatic stress disorder, burn-out, compassion fatigue, physical injury, and provide comfort to those grieving the loss of a loved one. Ionic Foot Bath
There are approximately 2000 pores in the bottom of each human foot. The ionic foot bath, through osmosis, draws accumulated toxins from tissue cells through the pores in the feet. Toxins released may include heavy metals, yeast, joint and cellular debris, buildup from toxins ingested in food, inhaled, or those absorbed through exposure to the skin which have become deposited in organs and tissue. We often experience odors from our feet as this is where we naturally excrete toxin. The ionic foot bath stimulates what is a naturally occurring bodily function. After detoxification, clients report feeling better and having more energy and vitality. The Ion Systems ionic foot bath we use is a 5th generation unit (i.e. the technology has evolved significantly in the past ten years). We offer 30-minute ionic foot baths for $40 plus HST. A bundle of ten foot baths is available for $350 plus HST. (Note: Bundled sessions can be used by multiple clients.) It is recommended that multiple foot baths are undertaken for most effective detoxifying results.
